Uniting cutting edge technology, data and retail smarts, you'll work behind the scenes, in the margins and across every corner of the business - to uplift our capability, amplify our collective impacts and revolutionise the customer experience.What you'll doThe Store Replenishment Support Manager leads and coaches a team of specialists responsible for providing replenishment support to Store Operations Teams, the timely planning and effective use of replenishment systems to ensure the best order quality possible and utilising the replenishment functionality to ensure maximum availability at the lowest inventory cost is achieved.The Store Replenishment Support Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that there are aligned replenishment plans in place to support the Business, Commercial and Marketing strategies. The plans must also adhere to the overall Replenishment Network timelines to ensure great availability and maximum sales are achieved. This position also plays a significant role in the leading solution development in times of urgent order issues in conjunction with both internal and external stakeholders, to minimise any business and customer impacts.Effective management of store ordering parameters impacting on shelf availability and store inventory holdingDemonstrated effectiveness of store order review process to identify issues number issues missed & impact of issues missedDemonstrated improvement in order review and store order issue management process resulting in decrease in order exceptions & decrease in store impactsProviding timely replenishment support and guidance to the store operations teams via query management processesDemonstrated improvement in stakeholder engagement measured by feedback for key stakeholdersWhat you'll bringExcellent interpersonal and relationship skills, involving excellence in building rapport and establishing goodwill with stakeholders of all levelsProven ability to performance manage groups of individuals to achieve targets and KPIs, as well as providing feedback in regards to performanceDemonstrated experience in personnel management including hiring, supervision and evaluation of employees that promotes trust, collaboration and understandingExcellent time management ability, including working on multiple tasks at the same time and ensuring that all responsibilities are completed within the allocated timelines, coupled with the ability to write, speak and present information and instructions in an articulate mannerWhat you'll experienceWe embrace diversity of thought and love to take on challenges with a pragmatic and innovative approach.
