Whatever your role at ANZ, you'll be building your future, while helping to build ours.Role Type: Permanent, Part-timeRole Location: Melbourne, Sydney, or BrisbaneWork Hours: 24 hours per weekWhat will your day look like?As a Wellbeing & Safety Consultant, your key responsibilities include:Supporting W&S activities including incident response and investigation, auditing, risk assessment, W&S projects and ensuring that targets & objectives are achievedBuilding and maintaining effective relationships with customers & stakeholdersProviding quality and timely coaching, advice, and support on W&S mattersPromoting W&S to key stakeholdersReviewing the implementation of W&S products & programs across ANZ workplaces and providing feedback on good practices as well as opportunities for improvementEnsuring that all services delivered comply with governance requirements, policies, processes, and with legal & regulatory requirementsWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Tertiary qualification and prior experience in Occupation Health & Safety or other related disciplineExperience in the management and delivery of W&S projects, learning modules and/or W&S technology systemsExperience developing and providing solutions to wellbeing and safety issuesKnowledge of trends and of relevant legislationExperience and success in building strong and collaborative working relationshipsSubject matter expertise in workplace mental health and psychological risk management is advantageousAn ability to influence stakeholders and make a positive impactExcellent communication, planning, organisation and reporting skillsYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
