Paladin Technologies recherche un serrurier avec plus de trois ans d'expérience pour rejoindre notre équipe de professionnels sur le terrain.Vos principales fonctions consisteront à installer, entretenir et réparer des serrures, poignées, coffres-forts, quincaillerie de porte, etc.Exécute les demandes des clients selon les termes convenus dans le contrat ou l'accord de niveau de service ;Rend visite aux clients potentiels dans leur entreprise et cherche à mieux répondre à leurs besoins en matière de sécurité ;Propose divers produits et services aux clients afin d’offrir un service client exemplaire et complet ;Effectue des activités de service et de maintenance au bureau, c'est-à-dire, construire des systèmes de clés, réparer des serrures ABLOY et Medeco, tailler des clés, et effectuer toute autre tâche demandée par les clients qui relève de sa compétence ;Participe à la production d'estimations et de soumissions pour les nouveaux et anciens clients ;Nous recherchons un membre d'équipe compétent, débrouillard et ponctuel pour fournir un service exceptionnel à nos clients. Nous offrons un salaire compétitif agrémenté d'avantages.Il s'agit d'un poste permanent à temps plein et vous participerez à une rotation d'appel.Compétences requises:plus de 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la serrurerie, DEP en serrurerie, permis BSP valide en serrurerie et permis de conduire valide.Expérience :serrurier : 3 ans (exigé)Certificats et autres accréditations:Permis de conduire valide (exigé)Permis de serrurier BSP valide (exigé)Paladin Technologies is looking for a locksmith with more than three years of experience to join our team of professionals on the road.Your main functions will be to install, maintain and repair locks, handles, safes, door hardware, etc.Executes customer requests based on the terms agreed upon in the service level agreement or contract;Visits potential customers at their business and look to see how we can better meet their security needs;Offers the various products and services to customers to provide exemplary and comprehensive customer service;Performs service and maintenance activities at the office, i.e., build key systems, repair ABLOY and Medeco locks, size keys, and perform any other tasks requested by customers and which fall within its competence;Collaborates in the production of estimates and submissions to both new and existing customers;We are looking for a skilled, resourceful, and punctual team member to provide outstanding service to our customers.
