DescriptionRole: Facilities Administrator (Temporary)Location: Salford (M50)Salary: £12.82My client, a Facilities Management Provider, is looking for an Administrator to work in one of their offices in Salford on a temporary basis until February 2025. This role could become permanent for the right applicant.This is an exciting opportunity to work for a friendly and progressive, flexible Facilities Management organisation who are growing and have lots of secure career and development opportunities.Key role responsibilities:Provide administrative support/assistance for the Technical Services TeamProcessing of invoicing and providing of purchase order numbersWorking on a variety of documents & platforms such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, & SharePointUses the computer aided facilities management (CAFM) system to support operational requirementsManage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail etc.Skills Required:Excellent IT skillsPrevious experience within an administration roleNVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (desirable)The successful candidate will work Full Time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.Please apply or call Enrica at 300 North - 0113 336 5161.300 North
