Role: Office CoordinatorLocation: Marmac, EtobicokePay Rate: $25-27/hrDuration: 1 month- 6 monthsWorking Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 5 pm, some hybrid work, but mostly in office, needs to be able to commute to Marmac locationStart Date: ASAP (we need someone to start next week)Responsibilities:Coordinating and distributing mailLogging and processing chequesArranging couriersChecking phones for messages and relaying/addressing themCoordinating office supplies and distributionManaging the office coffee/waterAssisting with meeting room setupBooking lunchesProviding expense support for ExecutivesRequirements:Preferably a university student or someone skilled in MS OfficeStrong computer skillsPolished demeanor and professional communication skillsGodspeed Workforce
