We are part of the Accor group, a world-leading hospitality company, and we pride ourselves on our dedication to quality and customer satisfactionJob DescriptionDevelop and execute integrated marketing plans for both Mercure Sydney and Ibis Sydney World Square.Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.Create compelling content for various channels, including websites, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Collaborate with the sales teams to develop and promote special offers, packages, and events.Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, media outlets, and influencers.Organise and participate in promotional events and activities to increase brand visibility and engagement.Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in marketing and hospitality.QualificationsProven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of Adobe Suites, Canva, CapCut, HTML, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.Creative and strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms).Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organisational and time management skills.Additional InformationCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.A dynamic and inclusive work environment.Discounted rates at Accor hotels worldwide.Employee wellness programs and initiatives.Mercure Sydney and Ibis Sydney World Square are equal opportunity employers.
