We have brought together talent from all areas of our business, client leadership, strategy, planning, data science, content, insights and execution in agile squads that will deliver for Disney’s business.We are excited to be building something brand new here at Publicis the best and brightest and want to come on this journey with us.Job DescriptionPublicis Imagine is now looking for a new Digital Planning Manager to work on one of our latest and most exciting clients, Disney. This is an opportunity to work on a globally disruptive brand, that is leading the entertainment industry and is a real “people business.” In this role, you have the opportunity to be part of a team that is building the future models for Publicis Groupe and delivering excellence across media, data, technology and innovation.Develop brilliant digital media solutions for Disney+ using excellent brand, marketing and consumer and digital media understandingLead on the day to day tasks and support the Digital Planning Director on the longer-term Planning & Strategy for Disney+Responsible for supporting the Digital Planning Director in the development, implementation and tracking of digital campaigns across EMEA for Disney+Accountable for leveraging past campaign data and learnings to develop, refine and deliver digital implementation guidelines and improve future campaignsResponsible for staying on top of digital marketing trends, with a particular focus on areas that impact the entertainment and streaming industryResponsible for working closely with local market Publicis teams to support them with digital strategy and executionResponsible for working closely with our Digital activation channel teams (Social, Search, Programmatic) to ensure optimal delivery and adherence to the Disney+ Digital strategyResponsible for managing one Performance Media Analyst, who supports the team on reporting and data analysisQualificationsWhat we are looking for:Experience in digital marketing with experience in either Programmatic or Paid Social (or both) and a base level knowledge of other digital channelsAnalytical mindset and enthusiasm to think about and learn digital marketing in a holistic way (multi-channel)Confident presenting to peers/clients and developing relationships with internal & external partiesStrong strategic thinking with an ability to communicate (written and verbal) strategic and innovative ideas with clarity and simplicityExperience using website analytics (GA, Adobe) Demand Side Platforms (DV 360, The Trade Desk, Facebook Business Manager) and industry research tools (e.g. GWI or Google Keyword Planner)Experience with cross market digital media campaigns as well as local market activationAdditional InformationPublicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.If you have any adjustment needs arising from a disability or medical condition to fully participate in the recruitment process, please discuss this with the recruiter who contacts you.#LI-HybridPublicis Imagine
