With over 70 professionals, our team is a blend of local and international experts, ensuring the highest level of patient care.RequirementsYour RoleWe are looking for a Senior Receptionist/TCO who has a positive, can-do attitude and can work flexible hours. The ideal candidate will have:3 years of Dental Receptionist experience.Experience with Invisalign (Essential)Experience with Exact software (preferred).The ability to provide exceptional patient care, both over the phone and face-to-face.You will be responsible for managing patients' treatments, including scheduling appointments, discussing financial payments and ensuring a smooth treatment journey.You will be part of our patient support team and the primary point of contact for patients, dentists, nurses, and receptionists.
