You will work closely with multiple teams in order to ensure the highest level of customer support and satisfaction within the dynamic defence industry.About youResponsibilities and Accountabilities:Serve as the one of the key point-of-contact between Fujitsu and the client regarding service delivery.Lead, motivate and develop team leaders and technical service staff to support business capability.Actively lead and manage operational matters to ensure high priority incidents are resolved, escalated and communicated in a timely manner.Act as the escalation point for the Operations support teams for major incidents and problems including on call.Lead and regularly contribute to the continual improvement of Service Delivery standards and practices for the customer contract and community.Provide leadership and initiate or undertake meetings with clients and customers, service delivery management and other stakeholders to inform on major incidents and problemsPrepare an, provide regular feedback on performances and assist Team leaders in developing training plan.Requirements and Experience:Demonstrated knowledge of a range of infrastructure technologies or demonstrated knowledge of service management in a large and complex environment of similar scope/scale to DefenceMinimum of 4 years experience in an IT Service delivery and/or leadership roleSound understanding of ICT and network topology and technologies within the Defence environmentSound understanding of ITIL best practice and ISO Quality Standards or ITIL v3 Foundation certifiedDemonstrated knowledge and experience in leading a team of technical personnel for at least 4 yearsStrong oral and written communication skillsProfessional presentation skillsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to manage customer and stakeholder relationships effectivelyUnderstanding of the CIOG and Defence administrative processes and proceduresMust hold current or reinstatable NV2 Clearance!Why Fujitsu?We are an organization with a strong set of values and a history of respecting fairness and equality, whilst promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
