Period of AppointmentFixed Term up until 31 July 2026.DutiesTo lead and manage various policy, project and strategy initiatives consistent with the Government's reform for the Tasmania Fire and Emergency Service, with a particular focus on supporting the delivery of a legislative review program targeting agency priorities. The role also provides advice on emerging and ongoing matters and represents the Department in a variety of internal and external forums.Essential RequirementsPre-Employment ChecksThe Head of the State Service has determined that a person nominated for appointment to this position is to satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment, promotion or transfer.
