This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by effectively managing and resolving customer concerns and issues.Job DescriptionCustomer Interaction:Respond promptly to customer calls and emailsEnsure all customer concerns from are acknowledged and allocated to dealers within one business day.Track and monitor open customer concerns, working closely with dealers for resolution and closure.Stakeholder Coordination:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely feedbackShare consolidated feedback with the team and dealers monthly to enhance customer experience.Dealer Support:Coordinate with dealers to understand the status of vehicles under repair and ensure timely updates to internal teams.Facilitate service reminders to customers whose vehicles have not visited the workshop in the last 6-10 months.Manage customer queries and service booking requests ensuring regular informative updates.The Successful ApplicantBackground in a similar role within the automotive industryProven track record of handling customer concerns effectively, demonstrating patience and excellent communication skills.Familiarity with customer service platforms and CRM systems preferred.What's on OfferCompetitive salary & career progressionChance to step into the wholesale market.Parking on siteFull time permanent positionEstablished global leading automotive businessMichael Page
