We will do this by embedding our values to lead the organisation with a focus on safer gambling and good business practices.Our properties across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sydney are world-class with many award-winning hotels, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues.As our Talent Sourcing Specialist reporting to the Group manager, Strategic Sourcing & Employer Brand you will drive our Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Talent Communities initiatives in alignment with The Star's strategy and priorities. Your focus will be on accelerating sourcing and screening processes for key vacancies across Corporate and Property client groups, from senior roles to volume needs.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will identify and source critical talent while proactively building talent communities. With a workload balancing multiple sourcing assignments, you'll utilise best practice sourcing methodologies to fill roles and maintain the health of talent pools.A few of your responsibilities:Support the proactive sourcing and engagement of external talent and maintaining talent pipelines utilising LinkedIn, Seek Premium and other sourcing channels.Supporting the Talent Acquisition team members with the delivery of top talent short lists of high potential and diverse candidates for priority roles.Create online campaigns to manage candidate details in applicable job families utilising LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.Add value to customers through innovative sourcing, understanding market trends, potential talent gaps and implementing leading practice recruitment strategies.Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires by creating pools and talent mapping.What we are looking for:Experience in a recruitment role required working with corporate and specialist client groupsPrevious experience in proactive outreach and developing and maintaining talent pipelines.Demonstrated understanding of online sourcing channels and success in developing and executing digital Talent Acquisition recruitment campaignsExperience working in a centralised or shared services talent function beneficialAbout you:You are natural advocate promoting The Star's cultural transformation and are inspired to think creatively on how to source the best people. You appreciate insights and data to demonstrate the volume and impact of the sourcing activities through reporting metrics. You may have previously worked as a Talent Sourcer, or are an existing Recruiter looking to enhance your talent sourcing capabilities. You understand the Talent Acquisition Partners own the relationships with the Business, however this role will enable you to partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Leaders to support find amazing talent.
