As Accounting Team Leader your responsibilities will include:Manage accounting and financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.Oversee partnerships with external service providers.Ensure compliance with tax declarations and banking activities.Support budget preparations and management reporting.Supervise a team of accountants and ensure timely and accurate service delivery.Implement and maintain accounting procedures and controls.Support internal and external audit processes.Contribute to European projects and finance organization improvements.Join a leading, growing European company.|Great work-life balance and team spirit.The successful Accounting Team Leader has the following profile:Bachelor's degree in accounting.Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with initial management experience.Knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act.Proficiency in Microsoft applications and advanced Excel skills.Experience in CRM/ERP migration projects, JD Edwards, and SAP S/4HANA is a plus.Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.Ability to travel up to 20% of the time (to Brussels).Our client is the largest self-storage provider in Europe, with over 280 stores across seven countries, and a team of more than 700 employees.Our client offer an attractive salary and package including a company car & parking spot !
