Linear Clinical Research is an internationally recognised clinical trial company which delivers a wide range of early-phase clinical trials and healthy volunteer studies.Our Participant Engagement team plays a key part in the success of our healthy volunteer studies as they are responsible for the attraction and recruitment of clinical trial participants and due to an increase in volume, we are now looking to recruit a number of Participant Experience Officers to work with us on a casual basis at our offices based in Nedlands.Job DescriptionYour Role in our FutureAs a Participant Experience Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clinical trial volunteers providing them with study specific information, answering questions they may have whilst also conducting pre-screening interviews over the phone to determine their suitability for upcoming trials. In this service driven and goal orientated role, you will have the opportunity to contribute towards the teams targets and see the impact your role has on the success of the clinical trials.As a casual Participant Experience Officer, some of your duties will include;Help to ensure adequate numbers of trial participants are sourced in line with study KPI's.Review online applications and conduct pre-screening interviews with prospective volunteers.Schedule follow up appointments with the clinic teams following pre-screening interview.Provide assistance to volunteers with online applications and submissions.A copy of the job description can be found however, as this role will be offered on a casual basis, you would not be expected to carry out all duties listed.Desired Skills and ExperienceYour ExperienceThe ideal applicant for this casual role will have previous experience working in a service driven role with excellent customer service and communication skills and will be motivated by working towards set goals and KPI's in a team and as an individual.Along with a positive and friendly attitude, the successful applicant will also be able to demonstrate the following;Strong computer skills with the ability to read and work across multiple spreadsheets and platforms.Excellent attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.Strong time management skills with the ability to work within specified timeframes.Excellent communications skills with a professional telephone manner.How to applyIf you think that this is the right role and an exciting new challenge for you, please click on 'Apply Now' to visit our Career Site to submit your application.For more information about the role please contact Darren Willis, Recruitment ManagerClosing Date: 8th August 2024.
