As the leader of the IT department, you will guide and support our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure across multiple locations. The IT department manages the IT infrastructure across multiple locations.· Guide and support the the local IT team in their daily responsibilities.· Promote the ongoing development of your team.· Maintain 24/7 technical IT support coverage.· Ensure the network operates smoothly, providing uninterrupted access to the business.· Handle maintenance contracts for both hardware and software across local servers.· Manage all IT-related support agreements.· Supply necessary equipment and software for optimal IT system performance.· Evaluate and manage various IT projects.· Collaborate on group projects with relevant stakeholders (e.g., software, virtualization, document management).· Develop and keep IT system procedures up to date.The Profile:· You will be an IT specialist – experienced in a broad spectrum of network and infrastructure management, data back up and recover, security and document management tools.· A sound associated education to an advanced level· Proven experience as a senior specialist and the appetite to grow your career into leadership· Someone that is a ‘doer’ and who can make things happen.· High level of commitment and willing to take responsibility functionally and for others.· Advanced command of English and French.Greenfield is a leading Luxembourg based Recruitment and Executive Search Consultancy and has been selected exclusively to fulfill this mandate.Jobs.lu
