As a global investor, we are present where our clients most need us – from Hong Kong and Singapore, to Chicago and major European financial hubs.Created by combining our investment management (LGIM) and asset origination (LGC) capabilities, our Asset Management division works with our Institutional Retirement and Retail divisions to benefit our clients and customers – which include individual savers, pension scheme members and global institutions – and deliver enhanced shareholder returns.Joining us means becoming part of a market-leading team, with capabilities across the full spectrum of asset classes, with an enduring commitment to responsible investment and creating long-term, sustainable value for our clients and partners.Job DescriptionThe purpose of this role is to provide a first-class service in the processing and payment of all Unit Trust distribution payments to ensure they are made in line with regulations and in accordance with agreed SLAs.What you'll be doing:Analysing fund level data to ensure accurate feeds are made into RuFus, for the register to be compliant with internal procedures, FCA regulations and HMRC guidelinesVerifying rates and prices using clearly defined procedures as applicable, with a degree of subjectivity in reaching the conclusionCommunicating the actions taken to all relevant parties, i.e., Northern Trust, LGIM and BNYM in a timely manner to comply with the FCA regulations HMRC Guidelines and internal risk-based guidelinesEnsuring the timely delivery of distribution information to clients, such as proformas and VIP client correspondence, collaborating with internal and external stakeholdersSubmitting regulatory data and tax reports in the agreed format to Northern Trust Deposittary, the FCA and HMRC within the set deadlinesTreating Customers Fairly (TCF): Ensure the fair delivery of distribution payments and information to clients & ensure that clients marked as visually impaired receive the appropriate level of communicationConsumer Duty accountabilitiesQualificationsWho we're looking for:CISI Investment Operations CertificateUnderstand and demonstrate an ability to liaise with external parties to ensure the effective movement of client money to ensure correct payment of distributionsDemonstrate an awareness of LGIM’s aims, strategic plans and corporate cultureKnowledge of systems used in the day-to-day processing of tasks such as Rufus, EWS and MS Office suiteDetailed understanding of team processes including risks.A working knowledge of role objectives, priorities and constraintsUp to date knowledge of CASS, GDPR, COLL and MiFiD regulationsWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
