As a Floor Supervisor you’ll be doing the following:Working collaboratively with the Food and Beverage Team to determine concession, bar, catering and suite needs and changesMaintains professional grooming and appearance and acts as a role model according to established grooming and appearance proceduresReview the day’s events through the event memo with the supervisors at the beginning of the shiftHelp assist with a variety of administrative tasks assigned by the Food and Beverage Management TeamUpdate POS based on business needsMonitoring each concession, bar, catering and suites constantly throughout the eventChecking for proper uniform and name tagsHelping in concession and bars with various tasks when neededDelegating tasks to employees based on business needsPre-event set up and post-event take down may be necessary, including stocking concessions and barsCompleting end-of-event concession checks to ensure the concessions are being left cleanTraining new employees on equipment in concessions and bars, POS Systems, and workflowsMonitor and provide authorization to ensure chains of custody are followed, authorization of voids, returns and qualify anomalies.Answering radio and phone callsReporting stock needs to the warehouse throughout the eventEnsure that all inventory requests are sufficient to business demand and correspond with the menuClean and maintain equipment (i.e. ice cream machines) after eventsDeliver prompt and efficient resolution of shortfalls and improvements needed to the Food and Beverage Management Team.General housekeeping duties as assignedUnleash your inner trailblazer and join the pulse of Westerner Park’s dynamic casual team!
