Job DescriptionICT ControllerLocation: Echternach (Luxembourg) OR Neuhausen (Germany), Contract Type: Temporary, 2 years contract 50 %The ICT Controller is responsible for overseeing the operational and strategic financial management of the ICT department. This role involves budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing ICT financial data to support decision-making and ensure cost-effective allocation of ICT resources and projects.WHAT IS THE ROLE?Develop and manage the ICT budget, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.Monitor and report on ICT expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.Collaborate with ICT management team to forecast future spending and plan for technology investments.Conduct financial analysis for ICT projects, including return on investment (ROI) and total cost of ownership (TCO) assessments.Implement financial controls and compliance measures within the ICT department.Close relationship and cooperation with FANUC Controlling department.Liaise with external auditors and participate in financial audits related to ICT.Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CFO and CIO and other senior leaders.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in ICT financial management.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a preference for experience in an IT environment.Strong understanding of IT operations and infrastructure.Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.We look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you to our team!Are you interested in learning more about this career opportunity?
