Logistics coordinatorWork Location: Hybrid remote in Atlanta, GAOnce familiar with the tasks, remote work twice a week is possible.Job Type: Part-timeSalary range: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour DOEOverview:We import various chemicals from our parent company in Japan and distribute them to customers across the USA. We are currently looking for a logistics coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diverse tasks and possess strong organizational skills.Responsibilities:Receive orders from customers in the USA.Create purchase orders in English using spreadsheets for Japan.Prepare shipping and import instructions in English using spreadsheets for various shipping companies based on customer orders.Input sales and other records into spreadsheets.Requirements:Language:English (Required)Japanese(beginner) (Required)The ideal candidate should have experience in one or more of the following areas:Basic proficiency in spoken and written English and Japanese.Computer skills including spreadsheet management and Outlook email usage.Experience in importing goods and coordinating shipping arrangements.Benefits:- Competitive salary based on experience- Paid time off and holidaysONEPOWER Consulting LLC is an Atlanta-based executive search firm.
