Our Guest Services Team engage with our guests upon arrival in a friendly, welcoming and professional manner and enhance the guest experience through exceptional customer service. Your daily duties will include facilitating guest entry at the front gate to Dreamworld and WhiteWater World, processing a variety of ticket types and products whist ensuring fast and efficient entry into our parks.To be successful you must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure in an environment with heavy peak periods and fluctuating workloads while functioning as part of a cohesive team, as well as:Exceptional customer service and guest engagement skills;Strong computer skills with efficient and accurate data entry ability;Cash handling skills and EFT processing experience;Ability to work efficiently whilst under pressure;Ability to work as part of a team whilst displaying a high level of initiative;Ability to handle difficult conversations;Exceptional grooming and presentation standards;Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment; andInterested and available to work at some of our cool night events like Dreamworld Night Markets, and After Dark.Hours of work will be predominantly between 9.30am – 12.30pm. Flexibility for rostering purposes is required with weekend work and school holiday availability being essential.
