Company DescriptionDue to business growth, we are seeking an experienced allied health practitioner to join our existing expert multidisciplinary team and lead relationships with our life insurance customers.Job DescriptionOur Life Lead is responsible for assisting the Customer Relationship Manager with the management of Life Insurance customers. Specifically, the Life Lead is responsible for guiding and improving service delivery. The role requires an intimate understanding of the specific customer service level agreements and key performance indicators as duties will ultimately be assisting to achieve and exceed these.
