Learn more atAbout role:We have an excellent opportunity for a Cisco Services and Subscription Renewal Specialist to join us here at Ingram Micro and support renewals for our Cisco vendor. The ideal candidate will have experience in renewals in a similar industry and ideally experience in IT.Responsibilities, Supporting Actions:Maintain and Manage Proactive Quarterly/Annual services and subscription renewals for partners and liaise with internal Ingram Micro BDMs and Cisco renewal managers to close the renewal opportunities.Quote high value deals for top Ingram Micro customers.Provide training to annuity team around quotes and new processes.Point of escalation for any services / subscription quote/order related queries and issues.Primary point of contact for vendor for weekly and quarterly pipeline management of renewal opportunities for both services and subscriptions.Identify new sell/renewal opportunities for products and services/subscription and build a CLM-customer lifecycle management strategy and roadmap to support our partners and drive retention and growth.Understand vendor incentive programs around life cycle management (EA /ELA and customer success tracks) and provide training and enablement sessions to partners to drive adoption.Identify and drive any opportunities for incremental rebates and incentives for partners and Ingram Micro.Maintain and add qualifications/certifications that align to your job responsibilities.Build and maintain relationships with Cisco through engagement with Cisco sales and renewals team.Essential Skills, Experience & Requirements:Previous experience in a renewal’s roleExperience in Cisco or similar technologies will be highly desirable.Strong strategic, problem solving and commercial thinking.Strong analytical skills.Understanding of customer life cycle and automation management.Experience of driving and growing key customer metrics – lifetime spend, purchase frequency and RFM segmentation.Excellent customer service skills.Relationship building skills.What’s in it for youAt Ingram Micro, we treat each other with dignity & respect, providing an environment where you are always encouraged to be yourself.
