Site ManagerFarehamPermanent, Full Time£40,000-£55,000 (salary is DOE)Join a regional construction company known for its excellence across multiple sectors. This company, with projects ranging from £1M to £30M, is seeking a skilled Site Manager to join their team for a major scheme in the Fareham area.The scheme is due to produce 6,000 homes and years’ worth of work, along with extensive community hubs, hotel, commercial builds, schools and more. Multiple phases of work here over the next 10 plus years - future buildings include offices, schools, scientific and industrial buildings, a hotel and more commercial office space.Details:Responsible for the successful delivery of buildings from the late preconstruction phase, through commencement on site, and during the construction phaseWorking along side other site managers and project managers to ensure plans and design meet project specifications and standards.Lead and manage trads and labour teams, ensuring efficient and effective operationsEnsure all health & safety protocols are strictly followed on-siteUpdate Project Manager on any risks, issues and timeline details of the area of worksThe client is seeking a candidate who has strong experience bringing a construction project from the ground up to completion and handover.
