The ideal candidate should be excited about building a great team and establishing an excellent rapport with new and existing clients. We are looking for a natural leader who knows what it takes to guide a team to success. The successful candidate will value teamwork, transparency, and accountability above all else.Responsibilities:Accountable for managing the branch budget; ensure good purchasing procedures are in place and upheldEnsure that all personnel understand the company mission and objectives and work towards that common goalEnsure that all personnel has the right tools, information, and knowledge in order to work effectively, serve our clients and uphold the company objectivesEnforce safe working practices and also know the necessary procedure to take if accidents do occurEnsure that all branch personnel understands the overall company objectives as well as their individual departmental objectives and that they work together to achieve themBe available to help resolve conflicting objectives. Reinforce continuously respectful communication between all departments.Prepare appropriate annual, monthly and weekly plans and ensure that each person understands how he or she fits into those plansSet reasonable goals with deadlines for completion and monitor the compliance with such plans and achievement of such deadlinesWork alongside Human Resources to ensure that the most qualified applicants are hired for open positionsSet an example by following all company procedures and policiesCarry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable lawsResponsible for driving sales utilizing salespeople that report to you directly.Responsible for the entire branch P&L.Carry out managerial responsibilities including but not limited to: interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problemsQualifications:Minimum 2-3 years leadership experienceKnowledge of Landscaping, Construction, and commercial snow removal or related fieldExtreme customer focusExcellent communication skillsExcellent problem-solving, adaptability and flexibilityWell organized, detail-oriented, numbers-oriented, with a roll up your sleeves attitude towards workStrengths in decision making and sound judgmentThrives in a fast-paced environmentResults focusedWillingness to learnExperience with Microsoft OfficeAll candidates selected for an interview will be required to bring an updated driver abstract.Work PerksCompetitive SalaryRelocation PackageWork VehicleBonuses (based on personal & company performance)Company paid health benefitsRRSP program with company contributionSafe & healthy work environmentAppreciation ActivitiesCSL Group Ltd.WHY DO WE DO IT?We believe that we are stewards of the world we live in.
