Furthermore, the law firm’s size in Luxembourg is still quite human as there are a few dozen collaborators, so you can get to know your colleagues and work closely together.Your Responsibilities | Associate Corporate – Legal – Lawyer - AvocatYou will offer your clients a personalized approach and quality-oriented advice in terms of corporate transactions such as financing/refinancing, venture capital, mergers, acquisitions and more.You will draft, negotiate and review legal documents and contracts and proactively assist your clients in the follow-up or in case they have questions.Remaining up to date with all evolutions in terms of corporate law is an integral part of your function as this allows you to maintain the high standards of service of the law firm.As a Senior Associate in the Corporate practice, you will have a first exposure in supervising and coaching junior associates.Profile and Career Path | Associate Corporate – Legal – Lawyer - AvocatFor this position, a minimum of 2 years of experience is asked as an Associate Corporate in a law firm, ideally top tier, in Luxembourg.You are able to work autonomously and independently, and are a trustworthy partner for your clients.In terms of linguistic skills, you are fluent in French and English which allows you to assist a wide range of clients.Your high professionalism will allow you to be a perfect fit for this law firm, this is also a quality that is present in all members of this multicultural and multilingual team.Offer | Associate Corporate – Legal – Lawyer - AvocatAs you will join a law firm that is part of an international network, this allows you to benefit from a strong methodology and organization internally while also being surrounded by excellent lawyers at different stages in their career.The work environment is quite modern as the offices have been entirely renovated and you will feel comfortable meeting your clients in this highly professional law firm.As a cross-border worker coming from Belgium, France or even Germany, the location of this law firm is ideal.
