Job DescriptionRSM Luxembourg is a member of the RSM International network represented in 120+ countries, the world's 7th largest network of audit, tax and consulting firms.With a team of around 120 employees, RSM in Luxembourg is a strong medium-sized organization with a sound human touch and solid values.RSM Financial Services Luxembourg is a regulated CSSF PSF providing central administration and transfer agency services to Alternative Investment Funds, with a strong focus on Private Equity and Real Estate funds.RSM Financial Services Luxembourg is currently looking for a dynamic person with the following profile:Manager – Transfer Agency & Operational Services (m/f):Position Overview:The successful candidate will manage the transfer agency activities and operational activities of regulated and unregulated funds (mostly closed-ended AIFs), primarily in private equity, real estate and private debt. The role requires a seasoned professional with strong experience in transfer agency operations and a deep understanding of the Luxembourg financial sector. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of fund administration services, maintaining high standards of service delivery, and fostering a collaborative working environment.Key Responsibilities:Transfer agency and operational services:Oversee and manage all aspects of the transfer agency function;Ensure accurate and timely processing of investor transactions, capital calls, distributions, and other fund-related activities (equalization, waterfall, merger, liquidation,…);Maintain and update the funds’ register;Assist clients during fund launches/liquidations (review of LPA/PPM and SLAs), and on day-to-day operations (attending to board meetings, assisting for clients’ audit process); andOversee the preparation and dissemination of investor communications, including reports, and notices.Regulatory Compliance:Participate to the draft of transfer agency and operational procedures in line with legal and regulatory requirements; andEnsure transfer agency and operational activities comply with applicable policies and procedures.Team ManagementManage and mentor the transfer agency and operational services team;Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high quality service provision;Assist with the invoicing process and ensure that budgets are respected; andEnsure the provision of ongoing training for team members.Client Relationship:Assist the conducting officer responsible of client relationship management to address and resolve client queries and issues relating to transfer agency and operational services.Reporting and process:Regularly report to senior management on transfer agency and operational services activities;Ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory bodies and other stakeholders; andActively participate to the implementation of transfer agency technology solutions and process.Qualifications, experience and competences:Bachelor’s degree or Master in Finance, Business Administration, or related field;Minimum of 5 years of experience in transfer agency operations and fund administration, preferably with AIFs and audit background;Good knowledge of Luxembourg fund industry regulations;Client-focused approach;Ease with calculations and knowledge of accounting;Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills; andExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Why join us?You will be joining a highly collaborative, multicultural and caring team.
