Customer Services TraineeThis opportunity could change your life!The mission:The Customer Services includes client servicing and policy servicing activities. The Customer Services manage clients and partners requests, in particular by answering to their calls, e-mails, letters, etc. as well as checking, encoding, executing their transactions in the policy administration system. The role of the Customer Services Trainee is to support the team in those daily activities.Main objectives of the role:Operational support : Provide support in cases checks and follow-up.Client Services (Client / Partner Management): Have direct contact with partners, custodian banks and assets managers, ensure follow-up of client requests; maintain excellent relationships with key business partners in all markets through proactive and reactive contacts.Policy Management (Operations): Handle transactions documents (sort, identify, split, index (create/link case) and archive documents); execute a daily control on premiums, be in charge of the account openings, maintain and update bank accesses, be in charge of the investment strategy confirmation to the asset managers, manage corporate actions.Business Processing: Execute/Perform services for our external clients/partners in respect of the Service Level Agreement (SLA).Reporting: Prepare, check and send statements, tax statement, transaction confirmation letter, etc.Others: Any other duties that would be given by the manager or due to a circumstance in the interest of the business.Profile of our future teammate:Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance or EconomicsExperience as student/trainee in the banking/insurance industrAnalytical skillsEager to learnCapable of working independently as well as within a teamKnowledge of Microsoft Office ToolsFluent French and good knowledge in English (written and spoken)Are you interested in working for a growing Luxembourg based life insurance company?Jump into the adventure and join a team with a supportive and collaborative working environment.
