EntrepriseOur client is a Family Office with over 25 years of experience in private equity investments across various sectors (consumer goods, technology, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals) and a presence in the US, Europe, and Asia. As part of a newly created position, we are pleased to assist them in recruiting a:Financial Controller/Private Equity OfficerPosteAs a Financial Controller/Private Equity Officer, your main responsibilities will be (with the support of an experienced Financial Controller):Assisting with the supervision of accounting and the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, VAT returns, and BCL reports for assigned entities located in Luxembourg and other jurisdictions.Assisting with the management and coordination of financial, audit, tax, and other administrative matters related to some group companies both inside and outside Luxembourg, in close cooperation with external advisers/providers.Assisting with the monitoring and follow-up, together with the Investment Managers, of some private equity investments within the Group (updating the investment history report, reviewing legal transactions documentation, and following up on the business evolution of the investments).Assisting with the issuance of a qualitative quarterly report with the help of the Investment Managers.Providing management with financial reporting and analysis.Providing general company secretarial support for the assigned entities (preparation of agendas and minutes for Board meetings and shareholders' meetings).ProfilYou have a solid academic background in economics with a degree in the field.You do not need specific experience, but you must have an interest in numbers, financial markets, and private equity investments.You possess high analytical skills and attention to detail.You have strong communication and writing skills in French and English.You are a team player, proactive, able to work independently, and able to meet deadlines in a challenging environment.You are dynamic, eager to learn, and capable of sharing your knowledge.For more information, please contact Amandine CHUARD: +352 661 401 827THE RECRUITER is a recruitment and executive search firm specializing in Information Technology, Finance, Para-Public Sector, Corporate Services, and Industry.
