More than 65 million members benefit from the group's complete loyalty program, ALL - Accor Live Limitless.Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for providing high quality and timely financial information, financial systems support to the business, and maintaining and improving the integrated financial information systems.Encompassing various aspects of financial management within Accor.Monthly Reporting Management: This involves overseeing the preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly financial reports and KPIs for management. It also includes processing allocations, ensuring accurate data transfer, reconciliations, and adherence to deadlines.Group Budget/Forecast Process: Involves consolidating and processing large sets of financial data, preparing profit and loss statements, and maintaining tools for budget creation and analysis. Responsibilities extend to supporting other business units, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to financial forecasting and presentations.Maintenance & Development of Accounting Systems/Databases: Focuses on developing and maintaining tools to streamline data transfer between accounting and reporting systems. Responsibilities include ensuring system effectiveness, providing user support, documentation, improving processes through automation and keeping group databases/mappings up to date.Overall, this role is crucial for maintaining financial integrity, facilitating informed decision-making, and optimising operational efficiency within Accor.QualificationsCPA/CA qualification4-5 years experience in FP&A or financial reportingStrong knowledge of Database Management Systems and basic SQL QueriesExperience with accounting and reporting systems (Sun and Onestream) would be an advantage.Proven track record in providing timely and accurate monthly management reporting and analysis.Strong understanding of accounting processes and knowledge of Consolidation principles and IAS / IFRSAdvanced excel skills are essential (Advanced Macro level & PowerQuery required)Time management skills, including the ability to set priorities & meet tight deadlinesIntellectual curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement.Additional InformationSuitably experienced and qualified applicants who currently have full working rights in Australia will only be considered.Accor
