Specifically you will be contributing to a critical strategic project around coordinating the strategic processes and decisions that effectively enable the balance of organisational change and business-as-usual. An innovative, curious work force with a solid belief in delivering value and efficiency through our work, we strongly believe in a diverse and inclusive workplace and support workplace flexibility.You will also:Work collaboratively across the organisation to develop and embed fit-for-purpose processes, systems and practices to assist in the planning and delivery of projects and programs and the associated organisational changes to achieve departmental or organisational strategies and benefits.Provide accurate and timely information to enable strategic decisions based on a clear understanding of cost, risk and impact on business as usual and the benefits to be realised.Ensure that changes are reviewed frequently in terms of progress, cost, risk, benefits and strategic alignment.Adopt and adapt industry best practices into organisational processes and procedures allowing tailoring for various types of initiatives.Increase the organisational maturity within business and project areas especially around project costs and ongoing BAU costs.Manage the customer experience through relationship management and facilitating the business engagement process.Support cross team collaborationContribute to continuous improvement and innovationTo be successful in this critical role, you will:Experience in resourcing, scheduling, financial planning and coordination of status reporting.Experience working in a deadline oriented environment.Experience working as a coordinator as part of a project office or team.Strong understanding of resourcing, scheduling, financial management (budgeting, forecasting, modelling) and reporting of projects.Have a curious and accountable mindsetBe MoreWorking for an organisation that truly makes a difference to the people of Australia, we can offer development and career opportunities in a collaborative environment that supports your growth, wellbeing and promotes flexibility.
