The Senior Resourcing Specialist ensures we utilize the best mix of talent for our teams to deliver exceptional work to our clients and serves as the liaison between client service, delivery, and practices. This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to problem-solve in an ever-changing environment.The Senior Resourcing Specialist will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Experience (HR), and leaders across the organization. This role is responsible for driving actions and developing fulfillment strategies based on a deep understanding of project requirements, account dynamics, and overall Bounteous x Accolite strategy for growth. Our current PSA is OpenAir; deep experience working with a complex resource management tool is essential for this role.Role and ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a collaborative work environmentUnderstand the detail and depth of each team member's skillset, including strengths and unique nuances in order to “cast” to project needs effectively and thoughtfullyPartner closely with leadership to understand client work and plan/forecast fulfillment accordinglyServe as day-to-day contact for resource management across multiple competenciesConstruct clear and concise communication for stakeholders/business partners to establish objectives, expectations, and timelinesCollaborate with Talent Acquisition on contracting, hiring, and planning for additional resourcesMaintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcingUtilize reporting, data, and analysis to drive decisions and resultsAct as point of contact for resource allocations, conflict resolution, and development of solutions in support of business goalsResolve any issues regarding under or over allocations of team membersFacilitate weekly resource meetings and address resourcing issuesPreferred Qualifications4+ years of resource management experience at a digital-first agency/consultancy required; global experience a strong plusDemonstrated ability to succeed in a professional, fast-paced, dynamic environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (particularly Excel and Google Sheets)Experience with OpenAir and NetSuite preferredDetail-oriented; comfortable working with reports and analyzing dataStrong conflict resolution and problem-solving skillsProactive; the ability to clearly manage expectationsStrong communicator with all levels of leadership, stakeholders, and team members to influence and achieve desired outcomes and build strong alliances and relationshipsExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience managing relationships in leveraging a global delivery teamExperience operating in a matrixed organizationBachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience preferred$91,000 - $100,000 a yearIndividual pay is determined by many factors, including experience, relevant education or training, and organizational needs.
