They are looking for dedicated and reliable new team members to help them grow.Responsibilities:· Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner· Answer and direct incoming calls and emails· Receive and process courier deliveries· Accurately prepare correspondence and e-mails for staff· Paper and electronic filing, scanning, data entry, and faxing· Monitor website and social media sites for any issues and report to appropriate personnel· Complete general office management tasksRequirements:· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Previous administrative or receptionist experience is required· Proficient in computer programs including the Microsoft Office Suite· Strong organizational and time management skills· Ability to multitask and prioritize· Professional, positive, and friendly demeanor· Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and their own transportation· Previous experience in the construction or property management industry is considered an assetOur client offers:· Pay is $20 per hour· Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm· No weekends!· Benefits package after the probation periodDon’t meet every single requirement?
