Our focus is to build a strong service oriented team that will propel the Sky Bistro experience to great heights.Responsibilities will include:Striving to provide our guests with excellent service and memorable experiences in a professional and sincere mannerEnsuring that guest complaints are resolved to the satisfaction of the guest and that each interaction is treated as an opportunity to “WOW” the guestAble to communicate effectively to all customersMake employee and guest safety a cultural cornerstone to maintain our reputation as an industry leader and guest safety advocateCourteous service to all guestsAnswer questions when asked about the surroundings / menuKnow cocktail & drinks menu extensively and able to guide customers accordinglyUse basic wine knowledge to guide customers accordingly – based on food pairing, sweetness levelsExecute proper wine service as trained by your SommelierKnow all food items on menuPass the food menu test at the end of the training program (85%)Must pass the drink menu test at the end of training program (85%)Ensuring that all areas are clean and orderly at all timesEnsuring stockrooms and storage are neat and organized at all timesCertify and confirm that SOP’s are followed and completedAssist the restaurant team with special projects, promotions, functions and special eventsEnsuring proper cash and float security during operating hoursManage your own cash floats on a daily basisWhat skills and experience do you need for this job?Basic knowledge on the distilling process of each main spirit group (i.e. vodka, rum, gin, whiskeys etc.)Thrives in a fast paced, high energy work environment.Always properly groomedAt least 1+ year bar experience with a minimum of 6 months working in a busy restaurant environmentCustomer service orientedA positive attitude and be a ‘go getter’Able to lift at least 15 poundsAble to stand for long periods of timeProserve qualificationsFlexible with work schedule (morning & evening shifts)ClosingEqual Employment Opportunity InformationPursuit is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
