The Director, Brand Partnerships will report to the Senior Director, Brand Partnerships. This position is an individual contributor, sales position that proactively calls on companies, and the decision-makers. The Director, Brand Partnerships will establish and cultivate relationships through regular contact (via phone calls, emails, meetings) with prospective customers. They will leverage Vector Media’s unique asset offerings and delivery methodologies and position Vector Media as the OOH vendor of choice within our local markets. This position sells Public Transit, Double Decker Buses, & Experiential Assets to brands direct. This role is based in Los Angeles, CA.Pay Range Details: $90,000 - $100,000 salary + opportunity for commissionsThe salary range is subject to change and may be amended in the future. Experience, education, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.Who You Are:A quick learner, self-motivated with a strong sense of professionalism, good organizational skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet tight deadlines.A thorough worker focused on attention to detail.An entrepreneurial spirit that's motivated to drive business growth.An excellent communicator with the ability to work independently to find new accounts.A self-motivated individual with a detail oriented and results driven personality.What You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s degree.5-7+ years of media sales experience.5-7+ years of experience selling to brand-direct Travel clients (not agencies).Strong book of direct Travel clients, inclusive of airlines, cruise lines, international travel boards (APAC, EMEA + Caribbean) and/or events and attractions (museums, amusement parks).Proven sales track record within Travel industry (has strong brand-direct Travel clients and can make immediate impact).Polished sales, presentation, and communication skills.Exceptional team player, interested in working as part of a highly coordinated, focused organization.Attention to delivering the highest level of sales and operational customer service.What You’ll Do:Proactively identify new revenue opportunities; drive account growth and profitability acceleration including new business, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.Own extensive client communication, strategic planning and troubleshooting account complications to promote client satisfaction; develop and improve executive level relationships within named account(s).Provide thought leadership and consultation on aligning client business needs to products, solutions and services offered.Drive contract negotiations for business in support of new sales, account growth and contract renewals.Own revenue forecasting (via Salesforce.com) and ensures accuracy of sales entries.Vector Media is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, age, national origin, ethnic background, disability, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.Powered by JazzHRVector Media
