Key responsibilities of the role include:Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customersPromote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accountsDevelop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choiceAchieve and exceed personal sales targetsSupport other team members to ensure business goals are metContribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeepingSupport your local community and charitable organisationsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:Previous experience in a retail environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customersAn energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your jobCompetency in POS systems and Microsoft OfficeThe ability to multi-task and prioritise your work effectivelyA strong attention to detailBenefitsTo reward you for your efforts, we offer an attractive salary package, profit share incentives, paid birthday leave, generous team member discounts and on-site parking.
