Expect all this and more when you join us at BevChain.What does the job look like?The Afternoon Transport Coordinator, based in Truganina, Victoria, is responsible for the effective and efficient management of assets and loads to ensure customer demand is met while reporting on fleet and driver activities. This role involves working from Monday-Friday, 1pm to 9pm. Key tasks include:Ensuring all loads are despatched on time and escalating issues as required.Overseeing on-road activity and the successful completion of deliveries.Generating and ensuring load paperwork is sufficient for transit.Administering PDA/hand-held device systems and TMS software.Handling front-of-house despatch tasks and reconciling paperwork.Conducting driver debriefs, site inductions, and managing return/damaged stock paperwork.Performing COR checks, updating authorised returns, and monitoring compliance.Assisting supervisors with complaints, POD locating, end-of-day load processes, and ad-hoc duties.Are you the one?We are ideally looking for individuals with previous transport operations experience in an allocating or scheduling-based role. You should also demonstrate:A sound understanding of National Heavy Vehicle Law and COR.Preferably WMS/TMS experience.Excellent MS Office knowledge, particularly Excel.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.The ability to adapt to fast-changing demands and requirements.A great attitude, self-driven, and motivated.At Linfox, we are passionate about creating an inclusive workplace where people can perform at their best.
