CompanyThe client is a major retailer who is looking for someone to lead their Finance Team, working closely with senior management on running day to day FP&A as well as process improvement.ResponsibilitiesGenerate and evaluate financial reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy.Update monthly forecasts and contribute to the seasonal budget process.Participate in the monthly financial close process.Identify and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for better forecasting.Build strong cross-functional relationships and provide excellent internal service.Ensure robust internal controls and independently solve problems.QualificationsBA in Finance or Accounting (CPA or MBA nice to have)7+ years of FP&A or accountingExperience managing teams and mentoring othersVaco
