The culture at Revantage is built on our shared core values and commitment to be:Achievers – We expect high standards for ourselves and enable the success of our teams;Enthusiasts - We face challenges with optimism and believe anything is possible;Leaders - We commit to continuously improve our performance;Learners – We learn from our challenges, successes and the diversity of our people;Partners - We deliver value and positive impact to our partners.Why This Role Is ValuableThe Legal & Compliance team as a whole deals with the corporate, legal, KYC and AML needs of the companies that are set up to manage our real estate investments.The objectives of this role are to provide support on KYC/AML and FATCA/CRS requests/matters in relation to the legal entities domiciled in the Revantage Europe Real Estate Investment office in Luxembourg as well as monitoring and supervising KYC and FATCA/CRS matters of the companies’ portfolio in various European jurisdictions. Responsibilities:The roles and responsibilities to be assumed by the Employee include, but are not limited to, the following:Acquisition phase and setting up of the structure:Assist the Revantage Acquisition team and the Incorporation & Corporate Restructuring Team by providing the documents necessary for the KYC checks done by lawyers and notaries for the incorporation on new entities, and in liaising with banks for the KYC & FATCA/CRS requests for bank account openings.Financing of the project:Assist the wider Revantage Europe team in liaising with lenders’ banks and hedging counterparties; assist on LEI number requests;Legal life:Assist the Revantage Europe Compliance team with ongoing KYC requests (within a refinancing/restructuring context); liaise with third party service providers on the renewal of KYC, if and when relevant, as well as ensure the correct tracking of requests and information in a central database;Disposal phase:Assist the Revantage Europe Disposal team with disposal related KYC requests;Ad Hoc:Provide ad hoc information as requested by internal teams/external parties (if and when needed).UBO filings:Assist with the RBO filings in Luxembourg and coordinate with service providers and lawyers in other European jurisdictions to ensure UBO declaration compliance.FATCA/CRS:Assist with completion of FATCA/CRS forms upon request, with reporting in Luxembourg, with tracking of requests and classification, and with constant monitoring of the changes that affect the FATCA/CRS classification and renewal of the forms.Qualifications:What You Bring To The RoleAt least 5 years’ experience in a KYC/AML role in a fiduciary/trust company, a bank or a compliance department;Legal, banking or AML/KYC background or relevant experience;Total proficiency with MS Office standard applications;Fluent in English; any other language would be an advantage;A very good team-player;Ability to work independently;Ability to prioritize and to reevaluate and readjust based on changes in circumstances;A reactive and professional person;Ability to handle a wide variety of situations and challenges;Ability to deal effectively with people;Professional manner both in person, on email and phone;Has a positive attitude and is flexible;Excellent organizational and communication skills.Diversity Makes Us SmarterWith an exceptionally high number of nationalities and spoken languages we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment for everyone — diversity and inclusion is the DNA of Revantage Europe.
