A matrix not-for-profit organisation are looking for a permanent Compensation and Benefits Manager. The role can offer an immediate start if required, based in London and offers hybrid working.A Compensation and Benefits Manager to:- Manage the full reward function- Line manage a reward advisor- Provide technical reward expertise including pay, pensions, and benefits- Support the organisation in attracting and retaining talent- Look at their pay modelling- Managing pension schemes- Review cyclical activities- Review their job evaluation and grading systems- Align the reward policies and practices to the overall organisational strategy- Other to be confirmedHybrid Working|Immediate StartA Compensation and Benefits Manager with:- Previous experience working in a fast paced and matrix organisation- Previous line management experience- Previous experience working in NFP or public sector setting- Previous experience leading a reward functionA not-for-profit organisationBased in LondonPermanent Compensation and Benefits Manager£70-80,000 per annumLondon Based - Hybrid workingAdditional benefits TBCMichael Page
