CUSTOMER CARE AGENTA short term temporary opportunity as a Customer Care Advisor supporting a global D2C medicine platform until the 11th of August.Our client is a global D2C medicine platform across the UK, US and EU working with multiple healthcare brands. This specific opportunity will sit within the weight loss brand with over 500,000 customers.CUSTOMER CARE AGENT ROLE:Using Zendesk to manage customer queries about services, orders, and applications for medical prescriptionsCompliance administration such as valid ID checking and patient data inputCompleting pre-checks for applications, working through 1,000 backlogged applicationsResponding to emails from a shared inboxMaking outbound calls to update customers on order progression or missing application informationManaging complex and sensitive communications with customersMaintaining and adhering to patient confidentiality policiesCUSTOMER CARE AGENT ESSENTIALS:Min 6 months of customer service experience using a CRM systemMust be comfortable working two weekends per monthExcellent verbal and written communicationsAn interest in health & wellnessAbility to work autonomouslyPro-active attitudeZendesk experience (desired, but any CRM system experience will be considered)If you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
