Our Client, a premier provider of luxury retirement living, offering exceptional amenities and vibrant community experiences for seniors is expanding their team.Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the primary goal is to craft compelling marketing materials for the business and its villages. This includes collaborating on strategies and content plans to enhance engagement and support key performance indicators. The role involves delivering communications that bolster the brand image and actively engages prospective and existing customers. Additionally, it focuses on driving awareness, generating new leads, and supporting sales targets through targeted marketing efforts.Responsibilities:Write copy for sales materials, signage, ads, events, and PR.Develop and distribute content across social media, eDMs, blogs, websites, and media releases.Collaborate with village managers and stakeholders on content.Measure content effectiveness and brainstorm social media ideas.Assist in producing and distributing business News.Maintain and update websites and listings.Write and distribute routine EDMs.Manage social media platforms and develop content strategies.Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials.Design graphics and multimedia assets for social media.Develop creative concepts and optimize content for SEO and social media.Skills and Experience:Degree in Marketing, Journalism, PR, or Communications, or equivalent experience.3-5 years in a similar role.Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.High computer literacy, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.Flexible, proactive, organized, and a team player.For more information or a confidential discussion, reach out to Stephanie.James@troocoo.comShare this jobTroocoo
