Our 99,600 employees operate a network of 2,600 offices and laboratories around the world.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an IT (Microsoft) Applications Trainer to join our Brisbane team on a sub-contracting basis. This role involves ensuring the quality of Odyssey Training's IT short courses, facilitating successful learning outcomes, and maintaining courseware standards.This role is intended to be performed two days a week for a period of two months, but it has the potential to become an ongoing contracting position for the right candidate.Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:Course delivery, selection of educational resources and evaluating student outcomes.Training Delivery & Evaluation: Deliver training courses and achieve on average 80% or higher feedback rating. And adapt training style to suit specific client needs.Working Relationships: Reports to the Learning Solutions Manager and accountable for achieving the objectives of the position and ensuring your work complies with Odyssey policies, procedures and legislative requirements.QualificationsAs a successful contractor you will have:Qualifications in IT.3+ years of experience in a similar roles.Knowledge in providing training & development fee for services in a commercial environment.Knowledge in management of a program/course content within a commercial environment.Knowledge and experience with:MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Visio, VBAAdobe Creative SuiteSharepointPower BI.Additional InformationWHY WORK FOR SGS?Working at SGS means joining an innovative, Global company.
