Accor thus has a portfolio of incomparable brands, led by more than 300,000 employees around the world.Job DescriptionOur Pacific Franchise Network is over 130 hotels and this role plays an important role ensures franchisee compliance with Brand Standards, Risk & Safety, ESG, Guest Experience, IT Compliance, and Accor protocols. The role based in our Sydney Head Office supports franchisees with training on Accor programs and systems, aids in integrating and opening new franchisee hotels, and aims to achieve Accor KPIs and compliance goalsKey responsibilities and qualifications include:Influencing GMs and hotel teams without direct authorityBalancing Accor and GM prioritiesEnsuring effective use of the Accor System in franchisee hotelsManaging franchisee re-training needsAddressing underperformance and reducing riskWorking effectively with internal stakeholdersExperienced with Accor Systems (e.g., TARS)Navigating complex stakeholder environmentsGuiding, training, and influencing teamsStrong communication, relationship-building, and networking skillsHigh personal integrity and entrepreneurial driveFlexible, adaptable, and good interpersonal skillsExperience in Distribution, Commercial, and Accor SystemsMaintains a positive outlook and seeks the win win in negotiations and interactionsQualificationsPrevious experience in hotel operations, distribution, sales, marketing preferredPrevious experience in managing and influencing peopleAdditional InformationNote that full, ongoing Australian working rights are essential for consideration.Accor
