The group, headquartered with full substance in Luxembourg, provides Fund Governance solutions to asset, wealth and fund managers from around the globe and has additional offices in Dublin, New York and Zurich.IT Support and Administrative AssistantThe IT Support and Administrative Assistant will help support and maintain the company’s computer systems, software, and infrastructure.This role plays an important part to manage compliance of the IT functions by ensuring all process are duly followed and documented. It is key in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing necessary support to our users and clients. This position offers opportunities to gain valuable industry experience.ResponsibilitiesDevice ManagementEnd User Devices ManagementSetup and configure end-user devicesMaintain an accurate inventory of all end-user devicesProvide helpdesk support for end-user device issuesManage the end-of-life process for outdated devicesDocumentationKeep IT procedures and documentation up to dateCreate and maintain documentation of hardware and software configurationsService DeskLog and manage incidents and requests and escalate where appropriateAssist end-users with technical issues and troubleshoot problemsAssign incidents and requests to relevant teamsLog and manage changesInventoryKeep IT assets inventory up-to-dateKeep software inventory up-to-dateAccess ManagementLog all access requestsManage access requests according to policiesRoute access requests to relevant third partiesEmployee Onboarding/OffboardingManage user account creationOrder required equipment for new employeesSetup employee devicesManage the offboarding process for departing employeesSkills/KnowledgeProficient in operating systems: Windows 10/11, Mac OS, iOS/iPhone.Strong troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite.Understanding of network concepts: VPN, VLAN, DHCP.Methodology/RegulationsKnowledge of ITIL methodology will be a plus.Previous experience in a regulated entity/ financial services, preferably under supervision of the Luxembourg CCSF will be beneficial.Understanding of GDPR regulations.Attributes/Soft SkillsAttention to detail.Self-learner with a high interest in technology.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to engage and collaborate with various teams.LanguageProficiency in English.French as an asset.We offer:An entrepreneurial working environment in a young and motivated team;A multicultural environment where we promote diversity, talent & ideas;The ability to work and interact with a wide variety of specialists;Internal training and development.Interested?If you are interested in this job opportunity, we are looking forward to receiving your application.All applications will be treated confidentially.A clear police record will be requested.Jobs.lu
