Location: CanberraPosition Type: Ongoing | Full-timeSalary: $74,422 - $80,807About the roleWe are seeking to fill various financial positions at the APS4 level, within the Financial Operation, Reporting and Compliance section, within the Finance and Enterprise Support branch.Key responsibilities:Efficient and effective delivery of financial services in areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel and corporate credit card.Undertake financial reconciliations for accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel, corporate credit cards spending and banking.Operate in accordance with internal policies and procedures, financial delegations and accountable authority instructions of the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission.Provide financial advice and support to internal stakeholders.Work collaboratively with the team to meet timely deliveries.Our ideal candidateTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following experience, skills and attributes:Good oral and written communication skills, including the ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;Good organisational and analytical skills, including the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines and attention to detail;Ability to operate effectively in a team, contributing positively to team operations.Demonstrated experience working with spreadsheets and financial applications/software.Relevant experience in government financial management processes will be highly regarded.EligibilityCitizenship –To be eligible for employment with the ACIC, applicants must be an Australian citizen.Security Clearance - The Australian community expects ACIC employees to maintain the highest levels of security and integrity.
