About this roleBe part of the Clinical Oversight and Rehabilitation team, driven by their vision to be leaders in evidence-based, best-practice service design in clinical and rehabilitative practices.Utilise your leadership and strategic skills to oversee all aspects of the delivery of rehabilitation services for young people in community and custody.Collaborate with clinical and operational partners across the youth justice system to ensure that young people receive coordinated, evidence-based clinical services to manage their behaviour and support their rehabilitation.The OpportunityVPS Grade 6.2 role, earning $152,773 - $174,869 per year plus super.Oversee all aspects of the delivery of rehabilitation services across the State, including practice integrity, governance, intake and allocation, logistics, performance management, meeting service targets, resources, quality assurance, training and staffing within an allocated budget.Manage and lead multiple teams that deliver rehabilitation services across community and custody, and oversees clinical governance, policies and procedures, performance, data, and logistics.Establish and maintain effective relationships and consultation processes with internal and external stakeholders, including the custodial and community operations.To be successful in this role, you will have leadership and stakeholder management expertise with a focus on clinical service delivery.
