DESCRIPTIONJoin the EU Seller Services organization where you will be contributing to building Europe's most trusted marketplace for Sellers to thrive locally and globally! As part of our Learning and Development (L&D) team, you will have an instrumental role in driving business performance and supporting our employees' productivity. We are looking for a customer-obsessed and results-oriented L&D Project Manager. You will own learning and knowledge management initiatives targeting our Seller recruitment and account management teams, helping them ramp up faster and do their jobs more efficiently by offering the right trainings at the right time and enabling quick access to required resources. You will be the voice of the learner and will ensure their needs are at the forefront of every deliverable. You are knowledgeable in adult learning strategies for performance-based outcomes. You are resourceful, enjoy working with business stakeholders, influencing without authority, using data for decision making in a fast-paced environment.Key job responsibilitiesDevelop strong relationships with stakeholders (business leaders, subject matter experts, etc.) to identify learning needs and address them through the most effective and efficient solutionsOwn the continuous improvement of our training catalog and/or knowledge hub to make sure our employees can quickly find the right resources for just-in-time learning, thus saving employee timeBuild and continuously improve our training scheduling/assignment mechanisms that help ensure that every minute our employees invest in training is time well spentDesign and deliver self-paced/live trainingsEnsure we use learning tools/systems in the most efficient wayUse data and analytics to measure and increase the impact and effectiveness of the initiatives you ownBASIC QUALIFICATIONSExperience in L&D supporting Commercial / Marketing TeamsProven ability to design, develop, and implement successful learning programs and initiativesExcellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesStrong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-makingExcellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software toolsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in a business role (e.g., as an Account Manager, Sales or Business Development)Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS)Experience in knowledge management initiativesAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
