Due to industry expansion, we are seeking a Senior Environmental and Sustainability Advisor to support the Infrastructure business on the East Coast. Reporting to the Manager for Environmental and Sustainability, this role is responsible for:Manage the project/BU specific sustainability goals and ensure that actions, procedures and tools are in place to provide surety of successful project deliverySupport tenders and also projects in launch phase to ensure optimal environmental and sustainability objectives are achievedProvide leadership to broader project teams in relation to sustainability requirementsPromote the risks and opportunities to sustainability deliverables across projectsBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbout You:Previous experience managing the sustainability and environmental deliverables on infrastructure, resource, or construction projectsMin 3 years years sustainability experience in a construction environmentTertiary qualifications in a related discipline, Science, Environmental, Sustainability or Urban PlanningExcellent written and verbal communicationWe Offer:Competitive remuneration with salary continuance, and salary sacrifice packaging options available.Great leave benefits including 18 weeks paid parental leave with superannuation and up to an extra 18 weeks of superannuation paid on further periods of unpaid parental leave, multicultural leave exchange and two additional John Holland Days to prioritise health and wellbeing.Career progression underpinned by our exciting pipeline of work means you'll have the opportunity to work on iconic projects that are shaping cities and communities.Learning and development opportunities where you'll have access to emerging talent programs, building your career through clear career pathways, and technical and leadership training and development opportunities.John Holland
