For full-time employees (24+ hours/week) we offer Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance.Position Overview:The Aesthetician will be responsible for providing clients with skin care consultations, developing personalized treatment plans and skillfully perform treatments, including but not limited to, clinical facials, extractions, medical grade chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and micropenning.What You’ll Do:Provide client consultations, develop personalized treatment plans and skillfully perform treatments tailored to each client’s needs and objectivesEducate clients on all treatment processes, including pre and post treatment care instructionsAcknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectationsApply best practices and stay up to date with market trends and techniques for treatmentsEnsure client safety at all timesSuggest and promote retail products and additional services offered at the companyClean and maintain equipment and inventory of productsFollow established treatment protocolsGenerate and maintain a client baseAttend trainings/meetingsAssist with other duties as assignedOccasional travel may be required to our other locations for trainingWhat You’ll Bring:CA State Aesthetician license requiredMedical Assistant certification2+ years of aesthetician experience desiredExisting clientele is a plusExceptional interpersonal and communication skills; Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, peers and managersAbility to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the businessAbility to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervisionProficient with emailSocial Media experience a plusAvailability to work evenings and weekendsPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of:standing, bending or stoopinguse of hands and arms to finger, handle, feel or control things including but not limited to tools, objects and/or controlsreaching with hands and armsrepeating of same movementstalking and hearingOccasional periods of:Sitting, crawling, kneeling, climbing or balancingPushing/Pulling heavy objects and/or machineryPay Range: $30.00 - 36.00 per hour**Compensation will be determined based on candidate experience, clinic size, clinic location and market.SkinSpirit is an equal opportunity employer.
