As a team leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance activities and team members, ensuring that all projects and products meet the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:Leadership and Management:Lead, mentor and manage the quality assurance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation of team members.Organize and run daily scrum stand-up meetings, ensuring team alignment and addressing any roadblocks.Prepare sprint drafts and follow up on current sprint progress, assisting in planning future sprints.Quality Assurance:Develop and implement quality assurance processes, strategies, and methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.Execute and supervise the execution of test cases, identify defects, and track issues to resolution.Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.Conduct regular quality audits, analyze quality metrics and performance data, and provide recommendations for process improvements.Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.RequirementsProven experience as a QA Lead or similar role.Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.Proficiency in test management software (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).Experience with both manual and automated testing.Knowledge of programming languages and frameworks relevant to your tech stack.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) can be an advantage.Understanding of agile/scrum methodologies.Familiarity with regulatory requirements if applicable to your industry.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.BenefitsSupercharged Health Plan: Coverage for medical, disability, dental, and visionChill Time: Paid time off plus 2 personal days just for youLevel Up: Training and development opportunities to boost your skillsExtra Goodies: Bonuses, awards, and surprise giftsFuture Investment: Stock option planAmazing Team: Work with great people and be part of an awesome teamNDAX
